I now pronounce you.

I picked this because I had NO idea what it was or how to pronounce it, but sounded delicious.

"Hirino Psito" (6 quart pot)

The original recipe is HERE.

~3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
~1 t sage
~1 t rosemary
~1 1/2 t salt
~1/2 t pepper
~1 T brown sugar
~1 T Worcestershire sauce
~10 garlic cloves, whole
~1/4 c dijon mustard
~1/4 c honey
~1/2 c dried cranberries
~1 c beer (I used Angry Orchard Crisp Apple Hard Cider because the liquor store I went to didn't have ANY gluten-free beer. I asked.)
~ 3 bay leaves (I totally would've added them, but I forgot because the original crocker lists her ingredients in the most BIZARRE order possible. Or maybe I can't read.)
~gluten-free pasta, cooked (I used brown rice pasta.)

Mix sage, rosemary, salt, pepper, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Sprinkle mixture on all sides of pork.
Place pork in crock pot.
Add garlic cloves.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey, and cranberries in a small bowl.
Pour mixture over pork.
Top with bay leaves.
Pour beer/cider into crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
Shred meat with forks.
Serve over pasta

6 servings.
This is amazing. (Even without the bay leaves!) You should make it. Tomorrow. You can even add the bay leaves (if you remember/can read).
