Greece is the word.

Doesn't a trip to Greece sound fun! Sadly, drooling over friends' recent vacation pictures is as close as I'm going to get anytime soon. And crocking this. That, too.

"Greek Pita Chicken Sandwiches" (6 quart pot)

~3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
~1 Vadalia onion, thinly sliced
~2 garlic cloves, minced
~1 1/2 t lemon pepper seasoning (I had to buy yet ANOTHER spice!)
~1/2 t dried oregano
~1/4 t allspice
~6 oz plain Greek yogurt
~1 cucumber, peeled and diced
~1 T fresh dill
~1/4 t salt
~pitas

Spray crock pot with PAM.
Add chicken to crock pot.
Add onions, lemon pepper, oregano, and all spice to crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Mix yogurt, cucumber, dill, and salt in a small bowl.
Cut chicken into chunks.
Put chicken in a pita and serve with cucumber mixture (Tzatziki.)

6 servings.
My other half passed out from exhaustion before he could try dinner tonight (As did my little helper.), SO this is ALL me. The original recipe said to mix the yogurt in the crock pot with the meat after it was done cooking and then add the cucumbers to the sandwiches. My other half isn't the biggest fan of cucumbers, so I did pretty much exactly what I did with the beef gyros instead. I wanted Rumpelstiltskin to be able to enjoy the leftovers because I'm a nice person.

Or something.
